We’ll start off with a grounding pranayama practice, and take advantage of the energies of the current moon phase as it wanes to a dark and new moon. This is a favorable time to let go, find balance, clear, declutter and release.
Expect slight movement to warm up the body and to release any excess energy before settling into a pose that’s both restorative and nourishing. From our supported pose, we’ll invite conscious rest through Yoga Nidra to the tune of sonic idiophones created by Alex.
